I can't give you the answers that you seek, I don't think anyone can but the CEO? Well that and a couple investors on the boards who think they know everything...LOL.
I have seen this thing jump several times just as you have since the days of PMRS when they first announced that they were going to change buisness types and look into becoming ALternaturals. I bought my first few million shares then and held till it ran beyond a penny just on hype! however, I didn't sell even when I was several thousand dollars up! I knew that if this company could garnish this type of attention on Hype, what would they garnish on real products? I still kept buying on the way down during the next dip all the way down to .0025 again...still have not sold a single shere. Then I thought for sure once the announcement of 5 Hour High came out on the Evening before...it was going to be a GAME CHANGER! We went up like 25 ticks during the preopen to the market...but then the SEC Crushed the news with the suspensions of Alternative Energy and SK3...I believe we got crushed mostly with the affiliation with Ray Barton who was running Alt Energy. Either way, it happened...and all of our momentum was crushed!
Now, we have been sitting idle waiting for something since then...mostly moving sideways with a little downward movement. Everything on the chart points to up, but since we dropped so much from that day, many people have gotten scared and sold their shares...Unfortunate for them, because I still believe this thing is going to run! Listening to the Naysayers like Boobie, Click, and JohnHand...Honestly, what do you or anyone else think that they may know about this company that the SEC and FINRA couldnt find out when they applied and were granted permission to change company names and obtain buisness licenses? If they were trying to hide something, they would have already been shut down....not granted permission to start selling products internationally though AMAZON.
They have announced that the 3rd product will be on their website this month, and on AMAZON soon afterwards...they also have announced a 4th product soon. That alone proves that this company is real and is making money...how many reviews have you read from this message board alone that stated that they have ordered and received their products?
Then the real possibility of BIG MONEY is the MJ market! 5 Hour High really is a Game Changer! I was at first under the impression that it was already being produced and was awaiting distribution to the dispensaries...but when I read the PR, it stated that Kush Creams would produce and distribute...still ok in my mind, especially since Kush Creams is already in the MJ buisness. My only thought on that was that there was probably no way that they would be able to have the product on store shelves by June 30th...let alone by Mid July. That one I believe we need an update on the status. But it will happen soon enough.
As far as the share structure...I believe that the company and the CEO are honest, and that they genuinely want to buy back as many shares as possible to build a stronger buisness model, but was a little eager in the beginning to make the announcements before they understood what all it would take to make it happen. Before they understoon how hard it is to buy shares on the open market and retire them. Manny and Chris should have done a little more research and consulted with the legal team before prematurely making that announcement. I am guessing that they probably have already started buying back shares....but not the 700 Million that they were hoping to achieve. Most likely when the 2QTR comes out, we may see 100 Million at most...which is a good start, but will still probably rattle several feathers on this board and many others. However, it will still garnish more attention from new investors when the see that a Penny company is buying back shares on the open market and retiring them.
The Share structure once completed and all the non issued shares are retired....or at least a couple Billion are retired...will make this PPS go up. Not to say that it won't happen on its own, because there are several other companies out there with 5 Billion shares that are above .01 right now. But as soon as the announcement is made, it will start to rise.
The second thing that will really make this take off is once 5 Hour High is being sold in dispensaries...This product will be the money maker and a true GAME CHANGER! The hype was really going to make that wave until the SEC halted the sector...but when it actually goes live through Kush Creams...nothing will stop the run!
I believe in Manny, Chris, and Alternaturals, and seeing how they have only been in buisness for 2 months...I think they realize how hard it is to make good on their promises and tweets that they sent out prematurely before....this is why we have so much silence now. Not because they are not working, but because they want to make sure they can do what they say they are going to do...before they announce the plans.
Company is legitimate...selling real Natural Products (Sombium, Focamine) on their own website...making deals that have been comfirmed with other Major Companies such as (AMAZON and KUSH CREAMS), and soon will be sellng a 3rd Natural Product (Relaxapro)
and their first MJ Product (5 HOUR HIGH)...probably followed by some type of Power Bar as hinted by during an earlier PR.
I have faith, and I hope that you still do to. The only ones selling right now are those who are scared...but if you look at the entire Sector...just about every stock in the MJ field has declined over the last month. Fear is driving the market...but More and More states are becoming legal for Medicinal Purposes...and possibly Oregon and Alaska fully Legal for Recreational Purposes behind Colorado and Washington State. Once sales start in Washington next week, things will pick up.
Just wait to see the 2QTR financials, things will be better then...should be posted by August 15th.
