The insider dumping continued yesterday with a dump of 17.5MM shares AFTER HOURS at .0005.
The pattern for days now indicates that these shares were actually bought from an insider with direct access to the MM at .0005 earlier in the day.
They were then sold by the MM to unsuspecting retail bidders at .0006-7 at a tidy profit, i.e.,
Insider makes $8,750 (17.5MM @ .0005 with a cost basis of zero).
Market Maker makes "walking around money"- at least $1,750 by selling those 17.5MM .0005s for at least .0006, or $10,500.
The .0005 dumps to the MM aren't seen realtime on Level 2, but rather they get posted AFTER the sales to bidders, as "average price" or After Hours trades.
And this is the smallest dump in the last week or so... the others (those that were caught) have been posted here realtime.
More to follow....
Here's yesterday's action, or see "replied to" post....
Just a word to the wise...
Best to all.
