Probably so and it doesn't surprise most that there are some taxes that are due. Let's face it, starting up a new enterprise, hiring the right personal, marketing and the everyday expenses are real and have to be paid as well. At the beginning of most business's it always a struggle to pay taxes so you do what you can do and make sure the CFO is in contact with the IRS to make sure there is a plan to get it paid. If they are behind I would assume that there is a payment plan already set up with the IRS with a due date in the future for the taxes to be paid in full. The IRS is pretty good with working out tax problems today with company's that are progressively growing and need that time to get caught up. They are not interested in forcing a company to close and never getting any money at all.
