Is this $2.76? 2 Dollars and 76 cents?!?!

$2.76 (Price)/0.1756 (Earnings)= 15.71 (The estimate ratio in the energy sector)

Am I missing something or is this the price value when the revenue is rolling in?

120+ Million plus annual revenue at .12 per kw (and we know at least Ecuador is higher than that at .4477)
