Does anybody know the significance of the filing today? I feel like I've seen this same amended filing a few times now. Any ideas on why they keep re-filing?

Although from a regulatory standpoint its really comforting to see them filing 8-k's and proper quarterly's. I think David Michery might be trying to make sure everything is pristine-looking before July 8th. Strange we haven't had a PR yet but I think they are trying to time it just right. In fact, more than likely that is what the company is doing. David M. and shareholders both want the same thing, To see an increase in the stock price. Lets not forget that.
