I emailed mike about some of the the allegations that certain shorters are posting about abbatis having criminal records. This is his response.


Alan Brochstein did a full private investigation using hired professional on several companies. He made us aware of his due diligence and we had no problem with it. I hold a Nexus Card and have passed all Canadian Security and US Security checks. No I do not have a criminal record. I don't watch the iHUB boards but thanks for the heads up. Not much I can do about shorts looking to start rumours.
