grego68, it appears to me that bgl's management should just issue a quick clarification on the legal status of Cinco Minas. They would not have to go into details. They could merely state that the legal matter is on-going (if it is) or it is over.
Simple.
If bgl had something good to say...bgl would have said it long ago. imo
