You can try to place an order between, but it is unlikely anything will be done (barring a change in price in Canada, but then you will get an execution at a comparatively worse price). Right now, I notice the Toronto price is 39.5, but the pinks are still only bidding .24. It just plain sucks. I suspect holdings have been moved to Canada so there just are not a lot of us stranded American holders. So the market maker can have his way with us.
