With respect to my financial analyses, the 5 year floating, averaged dividend is showing light support near the cash flow indicators.

The technicals have peaked near a bottom candlestick and market orders look to be shorted--and a limit order as well.

I guess what I am trying to say is, yeah, I agree, 1.5 to 2 cents sounds reasonable based on the current PPS.
