It actually sounds as if Heddle's intentions are on turning JBI into only a machine shop.

The mysterious 'engineering firm' duties that are described cover just about everything else and they take all the daily burden.

So who is actually going to take the lions share of any profits ? One would have to think the entity who is in it long term operating and maintaining them and not the one-off machine shop making them.

The Company intends to focus on the technology, develop unique feed systems for customer-specific requirements, and to manufacture the core processor components.

In addition to its sales assistance, Company Management anticipates having the engineering firm
- install,
-operate and maintain processors as well as
- provide all auxiliary support systems.

This will enable Management to focus on potential customer implementations.
