I just called the phone number listed on the NanoTechStore website and pressed a number to be directed to sales.

I held for about 8 minutes and a lady answered who was sales rep. and asked how she could help me. I asked her why I cannot order a NP-1 box online. She says they are shipping out pre-ordered boxes only for now that were placed as far back as last June of last year.

She said the quickest way for me to get a NP-1 box now is to place my email online on the website and I will be notified when all pre-orders have been filled first. She said it should not take but a few days to get these orders done and then all others orders will be taken.

I also asked her, can you tell me if they are shipping boxes now...she said YESSSS.
