Not the first rodeo! NWTT is in a strange legal situation and thus can be interesting.

Strictly speaking, we bag holders are the owners. There are promoters, managers, majority stockholders and minority stockholders--not some group of "owners" . We who are in this thing are owners (or more formally residual claimants)--and of course hope if naively that promotors and some large shareholders undertake actions which should lead us to a profit. Pinks, OTC's NASDAQ, NYSE all work the same, its just that the latter do it better by doing buy backs and getting central banks to pump up value. Its all the same, its done by mangers and promoters to pump up their share value and that of us smaller owners. So with any luck at all--nwtt will go up...again key is luck and skilled management just as it is with Tesla or whatever....
