are you new to invesing??? nasdaq cannot order you to buy back shares...... they give you the option to get to 1 dollar or be delisted.... so newl will likely reverse split again to become 1 dollar or they will just go ahead and go to otc market and be relisted on nasdaq 1 or 2 years later or not at all if they keep losing money.

please educate yourself on investing first before giving advice that is wrong.
