IMO only but the simple matter of fact is everything (as you hinted at) is dependent on the merger to close. Website, PRs, and whatnot are just the means to get the information out to people. The main event itself is a merger. Which IMO is going to happen - a no-brainer. This was the intent of UNGS and Signifi all along. If you go back to all the PRs from the recent past (since CY 2014), and try to read between the lines, you will see how the pieces are falling into place to complete the picture. If you recall, UNGS always mentioned about a distribution partner acquisition. Well, guess what - the name is Signifi. This is a well orchestrated drama that has been unfolding right in front of our eyes all along. Now the time has come for the big reveal. And we are ready for it!
