i agree that this is a dog and you dont know if there is further dilution coming with this stock.....if there is further dilution it wont be as extreme as before but nonetheless it could happen, another 20 mil shares diluted by them is not out of the question.....they dilute to keep the lights on, not just to pay for the debts.
having said that, I DISagree that if this goes to otc it will drop to zero right away.......they still have some equity and maybe as they are trading in the green today the market is saying that their equity is at least worth 35 mil market cap for now,,,,,,
just maybe
delisting and reverse splits to stay on nasdaq with a higher pps doesnt scare me...........the dilution is what scares me,
