CRBO was a Zimmerman shell, it flew to 7.95 on the deal, stock after many years later is at .90 x .94. FCIC is a tighter float, lower share outstanding shell, it's in the hands of Frederick Farrar now, to see what the plans for FCIC are, Zimmerman took a long time to make a deal, I don;'t think he waited a long time to put a lousy deal together.

Also, it's good to note that back in 2006, FCIC was trading at well over a buck.
