That is if the option is ever exercised.

This is the beginning of proving up of ADL. Relative to the past Medinah events, assuming the intent of this group is to push with all their resources the exploration of these claims, this alignment with those in the know is a foreshadow of potentially reliable and well managed uncovering of this mountain's wealth.

All the previous years of WAGs by most of the contributors to the wild and crazy guesses of the what, where and when has had no bearing on the crux of Medinah's express mission.

Due to the previous actions and the countless empty promises of the BOD in the past, I have come to take what I hear and read from the company with a certain sense of cynicism. That known, I assure you, this is about as good a position as Medinah deserves to be at this time.

So we are now at the threshold of what Medinah could not do on its own. The details of the agreement will give me the signal whether to retain a position or take all the money off the table.

I will state this regarding your quote above. If I am willing to pay option money on a purchase, I already have a high degree of confidence that I am going to exercise the option. That you can bet on. While options are not always exercised, I know that there is sufficient due diligence performed, prior to entering into the option agreement, by the option buyer to warrant the cost of the option. No one just throws their money out there willy nilly just to end up walking away from the purchase at the end.

If in due course of this period of exploration things look dim, i.e. the claims do not prove up. Industry accepted methods of exploration show little promise of the size and scope previously anticipated, or at a point certain, the economic recovery of the metals and minerals does not warrant further investigation, or the price of Au, Ag, Cu comes down, deeply affecting the profitability and the anticipated costs of the mining operation, if these and other negative events surround this period of exploration, then the group will reconsider their options and make a decision whether to cut their losses or move forward with their plans by exercising their option.

It is safe to state that this group has had ample time to conduct a healthy sized due diligence over the past year or so, to move ahead with this agreement. I would also be comfortable in stating that this group most likely made a safe bet.

So we await.
