I as well expected pps to stay higher for at least two days and not a 13 day drop of 30%, but manipulation exists in the market, especially in OTC. MM's job is to control the pop and drop for the benefit of big investors. Same with the healthcare system, but with time all will change since the manipulators also want to make money (i.e. insurance companies). Cancer drain their pockets with cost of one drug of up to 100,000 a year for one patient. They need to cure cancer or at least control it. That's when pps will show the difference.
