if its an aggressive auditor, and forward-leaning crew, they can probably do it in a month. A lot depends on the audit company.

A better question would be, do they need the Q audited? It wasn't clear when I went down there and I'm still not sure what they're trying to do here. While audited fins would be great -Q's don't need audits...
