Not in my case - it low less than a penny - that pretty cheep - but the almost 1.5 BILLION shares outstanding - not authorized - but outstanding -- means the current price is a joke. Only a RS will work to get outstanding shares to less than 65 to 100 million. Then I would look to see the AS go down - cause I will not want to be diluted like your shares are. It's a great concept - but as a public firm the weight of the OS is a BIG red flag to new people like myself.


Also - what is up with TWO industries oil/gas and bitcoin - these are TWO totally different industries - the small firm does not has the resources to keep up with both - one has to go - this is a red flag also.

It is that simple.
