what fine??? it was debt..........it was forced debt repayment by the courts....

so first of all referring thatdebt as a fine and saying that i dont know as much as you.....makes you sound like the dumbest hyppocrite on this board.......

the downtrend was from DILUTION,,,,,do you even recognize that the outstanding shares increased from 10 mil to 138 mil.......or do you not even know the definition of dilution or what outstanding shares are?

I wrote 1 post today saying what good is it if this stock rises but doesnt close up for the day..pretty much predicting exactly what happened today and you are telling me to do due diligence??

wow....... good luck to you too...excuse me for being so prescient and trying to save you from yourself as you obviously still have lots to learn.

as the stock went to 35 im sure you thought i was a fool....and yet here is the stock at the low of the day by closing..........so like i said..this has to close green first for a few days before you can start shouting that the recovery from all time lows are here......its still a falling knife...........and their strategy has yet to prove profitable.....therefore there is still no guarantee this wont go to zero......although they might make a turnaround from lower levels after all........its still a CRAP shoot.
