Watch testimony of SEC Chairwoman Elisse Walter here beginning at 4:20. Does this sound like an agency enforcing the regulations? Keep in mind she is the head of the SEC, Securities and Exchange Commission, that regulates Wall Street. Where do these losers come from? What criteria are used in the selection process for this position? This video is a masterpiece and well worth the watch.

Now compare with Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew testimony before the Senate Banking Committee:

Notice any similarities? Treasury is a part of the Executive Branch of our Gov which is headed by POTUS. These agency heads are appointed by POTUS.

Agree. Also when has SEC enforcement been rigorous? Never. The SEC is in place to give the appearance of market police and to allow at the same time politically favored parties to engage in fraud of the highest magnitude without consequences. Look into the banks' manipulation of gold over the last year, and how obvious it's been, just as one example. There are countless examples. It seems the banks are now sending a guy who's resume uses certain keywords like "SEC" in an attempt to make things look like they're on the up and up.
