It has a Fantastic chance and most likely will hit .015 and way above that....No sub-peeny is perfect...You play the hype here....USTC has good PR ...Very diversified PR which helps investors like you and I trade on the hype that it brings.

It's been holding strong off this PPS level and bounces up nicely from it....That means profit for traders like you and I when we play it.
