Yes. And I reckon some of those restrictions are coming off being as specific dates were not clarified when the PIPE transactions were discovered in the Q1 filing.

I think they should have been disclosed in real time as a material event requiring a 8-K but that is my opinion to which Bob S. disagreed.

I disagree with the whole way he has promoted this company.
