They are not one in the same, That fileing is saying the name change documentation must be filed within 90 days after the certificate is filed. This has nothing to do with an 8k

Nevada SoS does not require 8k's or audited financials. That is a requirement of FINRA and SEC. The filing with Nevada has nothing to do with timeframes for FINRA and SEC
