It is strange that the CVX official
stated that the well was in the waters of Sao Tome.
I thought that the JDZ was developed because the waters were in question as to ownership.
Could this be the first "shot" fired at trying to disolve the JDA and promoting Sao Tome as the rightful owner?
Just speculating about cutthroat policies and dirty politics.
