They weren't just "looking for leads". But, many of the leads they did get, are consultants that work for multiple dispensaries. If you were that consultant, you can't sign anything, all you can do is advise the ownership. The consultant is at the show, in place of the owner. These kind of decisions are not made on a whim, anyways, unless Greenstar was offering the customer some kind of incentive to sign up at the show, why would they? They probably want to think it over, do some background on Mills and Greenhouse, and an in-house demo would seal the deal IMO. $ADCS
