has anyone actually bought a Cyber Tracker?

if so, how does the "push to talk" work?
do you need 2 cyber trackers?
does it work with any Sprint/Nextel phone?

how does the GPS work?
can you track it from any computer via the internet or do you have to install software on the pc and only track it from that one machine?

is there some sort of subscription fee after purchase? or must you have a new phone number to attach to the Cyber Tracker?
