Did anyone see the update on the Biozone deal? I came across the 8k over on COCP. There was an 8k put out last week about the MSLP shares that were part of the deal and the restriction to sell no more than 12.5% per month (I believe) for shares below $14.00. Well from what I read this restriction has been removed. Not a big deal but could be why this thing hasn't flown on the recent news. Again, this is all from memory but thats the high points of 8k.
