Shareholder sues Medient Studios

In a WTOC Update - One of Medient Studios' investors and shareholders has now filed a complaint in Effingham County Superior Court against the studio's Board of Directors and their former CEO and founder, the recently ousted Manu Kamarin.

In the lawsuit, June O'hearn, a Savannah based investor, claims the Board failed to act in the best interest of shareholders, mismanaged corporate assets, and left the company open to costly investigations and lawsuits.
