By this logic there is literally no time that an insider could sell that wouldn't be cause for panic. If Mr. Pritt was selling because he knew what the PPS was going to do don't you think he would have sold at .03? Since he didn't sell at .03 isn't it logical to assume that Mr. Pritt is not basing his decision to sell on any pending news. It's more likely that he has no idea what the PPS is going to do because the market is independent of the company.

No one here expects financials to do much to the PPS one way or another. We have seen the Q1 numbers and they are priced in. The upcoming financials will show us the strong 2012 numbers followed by a decline in 2013. We already know this and it shouldn't impact the PPS. Douglas Pritt wanted to sell some shares so he did. He isn't involved in day to day activities he's on the board of directors. Nobody is running for the exits they just got to the party.
