Here's the business sense. They pump "we've got capital" and this will justify increasing the AS again to further dilute. This capital will be created from thin air like the debt before and it'll be backed by shares. The holder will convert and dump like before.

So again, the real cash flow will be be from shareholder pockets to Lumb's. How's that for business?
