Ummm, not quite sure how you see that as bad. For every $0.50 that they spend they make $1.00!
Lets break this down... $1.00 of revenue minus $0.50 paid = $0.50 net! So you are saying that the more they pay the more they make! I guess it is true that it takes money to make money and I hope they spend more money so that they can make more money!
Key thing to watch for is cost of revenue, not revenue itself
For a going concern such as this, cost of revenue is more important than revenue itself
They pay 50 cents for every dollar they take in
