UTRM REVERSE SPLIT?

As we know United Treatment Centers (OTC Pink: UTRM) (PINKSHEETS: UTRM) has constantly change direction, unfortunately our sources has been misinformed. With 3 Billion shares in retirement, the outstanding share strutcure as spiked up to over 4.4 Billion as of March 2014, and is expect to be closed to maxed 6 Billion as of today due to excessive dilution. As of today UTRM has not generate any revenue. While we await for the launch of the new website, sources claims a reverse split is likely to follow. Our website has been updated reflecting an estimated $.07 in 60 days after reversed split.
