reduced our debt load by almost $700,000, we generated record setting profits of $212,748 and we became a fully reporting Company

Profits are good IMO.

Wonder why it says For The Three Months Ended February 28,2014 REVENUES $801,535

They lost $300,000 dollars in FA and diluted almost a billion shares in just 3 months.

The debt paid is not $700K. Their operating revenue was $200K
