Actually I think SingleSeed is a way for Singlepoint to sperate the mmj side from non-mmj side of business. When a company is looking into Singlepoint for their text2bid or text2donate platforms they don't want to scare away potential customers by having mmj plastered all over the website. If you look at Singleseed twitter page it has singleseed listed as Singleseed Inc, which I believe will be a fully owned sub of Singlepoint. They don't want to scare away potential non-mmj customers (which Singlepoint had revs of 1.6 million outside of mmj in 2013) being mmj still has a negative stigma in the eyes of some.
