Sorry... but that did not happen.
Grewal's contract was with Healthcare, not PPJE.
1) It is correct that Grewal's contract was with Healthcare (the Delaware corporation, not the Nevada corporation of the same name).
2) Healthcare, the Delaware corporation, was merged into Healthcare, the Nevada corporation on 8/4/2004, where it remains today.
3) Healthcare, the Nevada corporation, was renamed to PPJ on 2/14/2008.
If both statements 2 and 3 above are not true, the court never would have granted standing to PPJ to proceed with the lawsuit because Healthcare, the Delaware corporation, if it were still an independent business entity, would have been the only potential plaintiff with standing.
