Then how come since the 1930's when they were first were established no other has come?

Wouldn't another competitor have came and also established what Fannie and Freddie can do?

No other low interest 30 year program?

How come no other major bank wants to take their role instead sell their loans to Fannie and Freddie???

I spoken to many bank and their board members and no one would ever want to touch what Fannie and Freddie can do because the Biggest of the bank would lose all their "cash" reserves to maintain their program ...

Now please show me who will replace them?
