I spoke with the female TA transfer agent over the phone about 1.5 hours before lunch and when I asked for SS structure, she said she can give me "someone" that can provide me the information. Then she proceeded to dictate the email of that someone, it was as follows:

Now why would the TA agent give me company email? It means they have a gag order so all requests are forwarded to company
