One thing that must be said regarding ex SLJB CEO Vucuicevich. He was able to identify a potential sycophant and enlist him with an "embrace" and a cone with "sprinkles". A cone is a very small price to pay for someone to follow you with adoration, never realizing (or admitting) that you fleeced him. The fleecing was compounded by the fact that the sycophant had no means of supporting himself other than an inheritance left to him because his family realized that he was a public pariah.
Vucicevich saw this, assessed the individual, his issues and recruited him. Amazing insight.
