Guys you all are giving up too quick, I hope that you have read the .pdf about the company, market oppurtunity, and their staff to see what is their goals. Their staff alone is worth putting money on. A former Microsoft executive...you don't think he has connections with Microsoft, and SPZI is developed a tool that will run with Excel. Microsoft will help promote this because it could add to their client base.

If their website is what you all are complaining about and it not working properly, in most cases that isn't even in the control of the company it is controlled by a web hosting company. Also, if everyone was trying to access the page at the same time the excessive use of bandwidth can cause a link to go dead or not function properly.

As far as marketing I agree this launch could have went much smoother, but hardly any companies get it right the first time. Only time will tell.
