Russell Index addition and reshuffling. If you look at many of the stocks that were added you will see big trades late in the day as traders "front run" the buys into the index. You will also notice large trades after hours on many of these stocks. I wouldn't read much into it. I would however, be a buyer below these prices for a sell above $8 a few years from now. Right now the retail sector has been drifting lower and I think it might be prudent to buy in now.
