Who knows what Bob, with an accounting background, is thinking or planning to do. In addition to the massive AS, which could lead to an increase in OS, the timing of the PRs has been questionable or could have been better.

You make a good point that "No CEO in their right mind would just raise the AS .... " or perhaps one who may not understand the role of being a CEO including creating shareholder value.

I hope HRDN does well but it's all up to Bob.
