Can a non reporting company even issue a dividend? Maybe that's what clogged it up. If there are more than 500 shareholders of record then their 15d status would be withdrawn and they would be obligated to begin filing again. I am sure they don't want to open the books again and let everybody see what's really going on. Plus let's face it, the CEO is just a geologist that was basically gifted this defunct company because they couldn't pay him for his work he did in South America. I believe he has no intention of doing anything but sell the stock he was probably issued as compensation and moving on.
