I believe, once APT is able to authorize a R/S, it will happen. It may be late this fall, may be early next year, IMO its coming. I just hope the PPS climbs up some before it does, just my opinion, hope I am wrong. Of course those that could afford to purchase millions of shares, it may not bother that much, but not everyone can afford to buy millions of shares.
