I believe the suspension of CANN came before PHOT. Either way though, we have no reason to believe or trust this author or the people he interviewed. Those words are based on the persons own beliefs, not any word from the SEC.

PHOT did something wrong, otherwise it wouldn't have been suspended. The SEC doesn't just go around suspended stocks because it's a bully on a school yard, it's to protect investors.
