that might be true, they wouldnt be the first and they wouldnt be the last........

enron did it..worldcom did it...why not a penny stock like we were warned about from a movie like "wolf of wall street" and boiler room years ago....

I envy the shorts at 6000...........if i knew about this forced dilution from way back when i would have shorted in this guaranteed spiral too........

instead i tried to TIME the end of their debts for a turnaround and believed we were done when we reached 30 mil o.s. ....believing further dilution was unlikely.....boy was I wrong......

that volume pop the last time it had a run to 4 bucks grabbed my attention and those signs usually help me find 9 out of 10 winners going forward..........but this obviously was the stock that was DAMNED by the courts and by Managment .....and fooled investors on a false and early turnaround..
