You wish to continue playing their legal counsel as if this is some kind of trial room feel free. Unlike yourself, I'm really not concerned about Mcfarland or Donaldson's feelings. This is a stock forum to discuss the stock. My advice is don't buy it. It has been good advice. My opinion as to why this stock is a bad buy may or may not be ever proven in a court of law. Every day that goes by sure never brings any proof to dispel my theory either. Really look forward to them explaining a second time how they aren't crooks just made some bad decisions.... the same exact bad decisions as the last scam...I mean last "failed venture". All though I'm sure this time around they will have a few guys they can't point the finger at as the "real bad guy" but will supply a whole new game of finger pointing. No honor amongst thieves you know.
