Simply not true. If 2 guys personally own assets that they "sell" to their company for use in normal business the company does not own those assets. Dino claims they have 100k in bitcoin. When Bitcoinz was acquired that was $60 million worth. No way in hell Bayside had that kind of money to purchase that level of assets. Reason alone leads you to that conclusion..
