Dear RVL,
I have not yet heard anything from “Cartonet” but we have been doing our own research here regarding this issue and have discovered that a patient in Spain appears to have ordered Vitaros from an online pharmacy called Pharmacy2U. The product took five days to reach the patient and when it eventually arrived all the ice was melted and it was warm and wet. We are raising this issue with Pharmacy2U and asking for a detailed response from them as it is a cold chain product subject to temperature controlled 2-8° transportation requirements.
